I typically see individual clients weekly or bi-weekly, with longer-term clients transitioning to less frequent sessions. These 60-minute sessions provide space to explore your inner world, process life’s challenges, and integrate somatic, emotional, and mental dimensions of healing. Occasionally, we may schedule a shorter 30-minute check-in or a longer 90-minute deep dive to suit your needs.
Depth work like this often spans months or even years, offering a profound opportunity for transformation. I encourage clients to continue the work between sessions through tailored practices, recommended readings, and access to my digital Enneagram library and online community.
If we meet in person, sessions may include embodiment practices such as movement, sound vibration therapy, or even a calming tea ceremony to deepen somatic awareness and connection.

Couples therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your relationship through deeper communication and mutual understanding. These sessions often run longer—90 minutes or up to 2 hours—to allow for meaningful exploration.
It’s common for couples to attend joint sessions as well as individual sessions, helping each partner engage fully in the process. My therapeutic modalities are the same for couples as for individuals, and I frequently use the Enneagram to illuminate relationship dynamics and inspire growth.
Between sessions, I recommend personalized practices or readings to help maintain progress and connection.
