Connecting with Your Truest Self Through Archetypes, Enneagram, IFS, and Somatic Practices

What Does It Mean to Embody Your True Self?

At the heart of my work is a passion for helping others connect with and embody their truest Self—the calm, compassionate, and wise essence that resides within all of us. This process is not just about gaining insight into your patterns or understanding your past. It’s about truly feeling and living this connection in a way that transforms how you experience yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.

The medicine we seek isn’t outside of us—it’s already embedded within. The work is about finding our way through survival patterns and returning home to our core Self.

Why These Modalities?

For over three decades—since my teens—I’ve been deeply passionate about health, healing, and understanding the human experience. Along the way, I’ve explored countless approaches, seeking the tools and practices that truly resonate. The modalities I’ve chosen to focus on are the ones that feel most aligned with both my intuition and logic. These are the methods I’ve found to be the most effective for getting to the heart of the work—helping us reconnect with the essence of who we are.

After decades of exploration, I’ve found that integrating Jungian archetypes, the Enneagram, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic practices creates a powerful framework for growth and healing. Each modality offers a unique lens for understanding ourselves, yet they all share a common goal: helping us move beyond old patterns and embody the fullness of our true Self.

How These Modalities Work Together

  • Jungian Archetypes: Reveal universal patterns and energies that shape our inner world, helping us connect to the deeper, shared layers of the psyche.

  • The Enneagram: Maps core motivations and fears, uncovering the essence hidden within personality patterns.

  • IFS (Internal Family Systems): Works with your inner parts, healing and harmonizing the subpersonalities that influence your behaviors and emotions.

  • Somatic Practices: Bridge insight with experience, grounding transformation in the body and allowing you to feel the authentic Self as a lived reality.

A Comprehensive and Embodied Approach

What makes this approach so powerful is not just the insights each model provides, but how they work together to address the whole of our human experience:

  • Archetypes and the Enneagram help us understand our motivations and patterns, offering clarity about why we are the way we are.

  • IFS allows us to meet our inner world with compassion, providing tools to heal and harmonize conflicting parts.

  • Somatic practices ground these insights in the body, creating a bridge between intellectual understanding and embodied transformation.

Through this integration, growth becomes more than a mental process. It becomes a deeply felt experience, transforming every layer of your being.

Why Embodiment Matters

True change doesn’t happen through insight alone—it happens when we can feel it, live it, and sustain it. This is why somatic work is at the core of my approach. By working at the level of the body and nervous system:

  • You move beyond intellectual understanding into lasting transformation.

  • You develop a felt sense of calm, safety, and alignment.

  • You integrate the nourishing qualities of your archetypes, Enneagram essence, and inner Self into daily life.

This embodied approach ensures that healing is not just something you think about, but something you live and experience fully.

The Invitation

The work of embodying your true Self is a lifelong process of rediscovering the essence that has always been there. By integrating these carefully chosen modalities, we create a path that not only helps you understand yourself but empowers you to live authentically, deeply, and compassionately.

If you’re ready to step into this transformative journey, I’m here to support you—with tools and practices designed to help you move beyond limitation and into the wholeness of who you truly are.
