Mothers: Becoming Balanced and Whole

As a mother of two children (ages 9 and 11), I understand the profound transitions and thresholds that motherhood brings. Figuring out my parenting style—my own mama archetypes—was a journey of becoming. I’ve felt the weight of caregiving, the loneliness it can bring, and the challenge of rediscovering myself.

When my children were young, I became immersed in parenting communities, including moderating a large mama social media group. These connections naturally brought mothers into my therapy practice and ignited a passion for supporting them through their own transitions—a specialty I’ve been dedicated to for over a decade.

Motherhood is filled with thresholds—moving from one stage to the next as your children grow, as you change, and as your identity evolves. The inner work you do not only enriches your life but also creates a ripple effect, helping you show up with more presence, patience, and authenticity for yourself and your family.

Together, we can explore the mothering archetypes that resonate with you, the values and passions that light you up, and the parts of yourself that long to be nurtured. Let this be a space where you feel seen and supported—where you can create a life that feels balanced, authentic, and truly your own.
